When Is A Good Time To "Re-Launch" Your Business?

Okay, think about it! Remember when your business was new and you had your first customer? Remember the feeling of that new customer, the excitement of getting their payment, the thrill of getting the satisfaction survey or comments and then the ultimate – a referral? Wow, the thrill of it all!What happened? The next client came in, then the next and next and so on. You had so many that others started to work on your clients for you. Did they express this same emotion and provide the same attention as you? The answer most likely is no – on all counts.

Now what can you do? Well, it's simple: you need to "re-launch" your business. Pretend the business is new again. Gather the employees and tell them it's new again. Create a campaign to let the customers know it's new again. Have a grand re-opening of your business and tell everyone of your new commitment. Then enjoy the success!
