It’s no secret that Sales 2.0 is here to stay and not ever going away. So what is it? Sales 2.0 is about sales people using Web 2.0 tools and social media to sell more effectively. This may sound hard to you sales managers and owners that are not using Social Networks, Mobile Technology, the Internet or Cloud Services as part of your sales efforts, but come on this is 2012, we need to stop working so hard. We have never had tools like this, ever!
