These types of people are not hired, they are leveraged. Especially in this type of economy, you need to have folks that you can partner up with and count on. These people can be internal or external to the company and can come in many forms. However, the trait they MUST possess is that they must be TRUSTED.
What does this mean?
It means that we can count on them to carry out what we ask and maybe we do the same for them depending on the relationship. If you have about five or six of these individuals, on average, you can kick up quite a social networking buzz with the right activities. Typically, we just need them to participate only a few minutes a week for great effectiveness.
