About Forward Progress
Forward Progress was created in response to the needs and challenges of small and mid-size businesses located in the Chicagoland area that Dean DeLisle has effectively dealt with in his over 25 years of business experience. Through his work history with companies such as Merrill Lynch, Management Technology Solutions, Inc. and Bansley and Keiner, LLC. Dean has developed a strong understanding of efficient business solutions involving effective technology to optimize resources for Chicago companies. As President and CEO of Delcom Systems Group, Inc., a full-service consulting firm, Dean honed his skills in developing effective solutions for businesses through management in Account Systems, Custom Program Development, Web Development, CRM/SFA Systems, Network, Telecommunication and Call Center Development, for companies such as Sears, Blue Cross, State Farm, Allstate, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, General Growth Properties, CBOE, and MBNA.
The experience that Dean brings to a company is both practical and proven. He is understanding of each individual situation, however he is committed to being firm for the benefit and progression of his clients.
